My Story
I’ve been a dedicated practitioner of holistic therapy since 2019. I love empowering patients to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of the healing arts.
As a well-renowned Massage Therapist, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between holistic and western medicine while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal. I am always looking to integrate new treatments and therapies into my practice and believe that continued learning is important for any good Massage Therapist.

Every person is made up of three elements: body, mind and soul/consciousness, which together form our whole being. During my studies, of particular interest to me was this connection between body, mind and spirit. By means of massage and yoga I aim at influencing all these three elements and bringing them into one harmonious whole.
Mental problems, trauma, tension and an unhealthy body are the main causes of most diseases. The nation of trauma stored in our bodies was recognized a long time ago. Modern life has cut us from the natural rhythm of life. However, the body has an inner power for auto-healing. Massage and Yoga help the body to get rid of poison and toxins by bringing the mind and body into harmony.

For me, massage is a spiritual practice. Whether I am a giver or I lie on the table the exchange of energy takes place. During the practice, and especially after, I always feel that by giving good energy I’m getting the same in return.

Massage
Everybody holds the key to their own healing, but sometimes the body needs a little help. That’s where my services come in. As an experienced Massage Therapist, I work with you to restore your balance and find your center. Massage and yoga relaxes the mind & body and improves the functioning of all bodily systems: nervous, endocrine, respiratory, digestive and so on.
Yoga
Whether you want to move your body, reach spiritual growth, or be more present, I know you’ll benefit from Yoga practice. Since 2017 I’ve regularly practiced yoga, and having the chance to share all that I’ve learned along the way with students fills me with joy.
